Our mixed animal private practice is located in the beautiful central Sierra foothills between Yosemite and Tahoe on Highway 49. Our business is approximately 90% small animal, and 10% equine and mixed large animal.

Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital is located in the Sierra foothills, two hours from San Francisco, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. We are an AAHA accredited small/mixed animal practice and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated and energetic veterinarian. Our facility has three exam rooms, one main treatment room, separate surgery and dental suites with dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, digital x-ray and a generous doctor to support staff ratio, including RVTs.
We have recently acquired a state-of-the-art CT Scanner, which greatly enhances our diagnostic capabilities.
We provide a collaborative doctor environment and welcome ongoing Mentorship programs.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide veterinary services to small/mixed animal patients
- Assume increasing client responsibilities
- Perform/assist in surgical procedures
- Become familiar with and utilize all diagnostic equipment
- Work with technicians to provide services to patients
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely notes and paperwork regarding case progress
- Prescribe medicines as required and adhere to reporting procedures
- Collaborate with other Doctors to ensure the highest quality of care and services
