Overview

The Teaching Professional will receive 90% of lesson revenue. Based on previous seasons, lesson income has typically ranged from $35,000 to $45,000 for the season, with total earnings dependent on the individual's initiative in building and maintaining lesson activity. The club will support lesson growth through its marketing channels.

Additional income opportunities are available for candidates interested in planning and conducting group outings, organizing member events, and/or assisting with Golf Operations. Compensation for these added responsibilities will be based on experience and the overall scope of the role.

The Architects Golf Club, located in Lopatcong, New Jersey, is an 18-hole semi-private facility seeking a PGA or LPGA Teaching Professional, with PGA/LPGA credentials preferred. The selected candidate will provide instruction to golfers of all ages and ability levels, while also leading group clinics and junior golf programs.

This is a seasonal position, with the Teaching Professional receiving 90% of lesson compensation.

Potential responsibilities may include planning and conducting small and large group outings, organizing member events, and assisting with Golf Operations.
