Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PGA of America Associate or Member who is fully committed to the Player Engagement Program and passionate about growing the game of golf through structured instruction and community involvement.

This individual will work closley with the Director of Golf and Golf Professional staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive player development program aligned with PGA of America Player Engagement standards
• Design, organize, and promote individual and group instruction for players of all skill levels
• Develop and grow a robust Junior Golf Program, including clinics, camps, and player pathways
• Create innovative programs to increase participation and retention within the club and local community
• Utilize modern teaching tools and player development tracking systems
• Collaborate with the Director of Golf to position the club as a premier teaching facility.
