$110,000 – $150,000+ (depending on experience)

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review signature-ready individual tax returns (Form 1040) with a focus on physicians and high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and review business tax returns (primarily 1120, 1120S, and 1065) for our business clients
- Conduct and deliver tax planning engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and develop junior staff
- Identify opportunities for additional client services
What We’re Looking For
- CPA license required
- 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex individual returns
- Solid experience with business returns
- Proficiency with UltraTax and Planner CS
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
- A client-focused mindset and desire to build long-term relationships
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $110,000 – $150,000+ depending on experience and ability
