Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for PT Swim Instructors for our Summer Season (approximate dates 5/15-9/30). The Swim Instructor is responsible for providing consistent, quality private swim instruction.

$18+ per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:
• Provide quality swim instruction to early swimmers in a private appointment only setting.
• Establish clear objectives and goals based on participant ability and maintain a supportive and positive environment.
• Adhere to swim and pool safety standards.
• Effectively communicates with students, parents, and managers.
• Follow pool rules and directions from Lifeguard.
• Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
• Create a fun and safe environment for early swimmers.
• Communicate with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.
• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR, First Aid.
• Experience required.

Other Qualifications:
• WSI certification preferred.
• Must love working with children.
