Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Manager: Finance, you will oversee the development and implementation of process solutions that meet Client needs. You will manage project plans, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plans: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. This includes overseeing project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to meet Client expectations. • Oversee Solution Development: Lead the development and implementation of process solutions that meet Client needs, ensuring compliance with financial deliverables and objectives. • Ensure Financial Compliance: Manage financial planning, forecasting, and close processes to ensure compliance with Client financial objectives and regulatory requirements. • Influence Client Actions: Use strategic vision to influence Client actions and decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives. • Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet Client expectations and financial objectives, while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Expert Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies: Experience with various project management methodologies, including SEI/CMM, and emerging technologies related to the Client's industry.
• Financial Planning and Forecasting: Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and close processes to ensure compliance with financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Architectures: Experience with technical architectures related to the Client's industry, enabling the development and implementation of process solutions.
• Financial Modeling: Experience with financial modeling, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives.
• Strategic Vision: Experience in influencing Client actions and decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives through strategic vision.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Emerging Technologies Knowledge: Experience with emerging technologies related to the Client's industry, enabling the development and implementation of process solutions that meet Client needs.
• Industry-Specific Technical Architectures: Experience with technical architectures related to the Client's industry, allowing for effective solution development and implementation.
• Advanced Financial Modeling: Experience with advanced financial modeling techniques, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
