Description
Sterne Acura is looking for a driven and customer-focused Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business performance. Acura/Honda experience is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, marketing initiatives, and customer retention strategies
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with a focus on long-term loyalty
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and consistently achieve high CSI scores
- Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors and technicians to reach their full potential
- Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure effective scheduling, workflow management, and timely vehicle delivery
- Collaborate with sales and parts departments to maximize overall dealership performance
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively

Compensation: Base Salary with Commission and Bonus structure: On Target Earning range from $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
