Description
Introduction
Serve as a subject matter expert in content operations and creative production. Advise clients on how their content and creative workflows function today, identify gaps, redesign operating models, and introduce AI/GenAI to improve efficiency, scale, and performance. This role bridges strategy, operations, and creative enablement—not hands-on production.

- Conduct assessments of client content and creative ecosystems: team structure, workflows, briefing process, approvals, tooling, vendors, and governance.
- Diagnose bottlenecks across content lifecycle: ideation → creation → QA → activation → measurement → reuse.
- Design future-state content operating models, including RACI, workflow redesign, creative governance, and cross-functional engagement.
- Advise clients on GenAI use cases (brief generation, concepting, versioning, modular content, tagging, QA, content ops automation).
- Recommend the right content platforms (DAM, workflow tools, AEM Sites/Assets) and evaluate integrations.
- Lead stakeholder interviews - from creative leads to CMOs - to identify needs, skill gaps, roles, and training paths.
- Build roadmaps for content modernization, including talent, technology, process, and change adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and maturity assessments with senior client stakeholders.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- 10 years in content strategy, creative operations, or agency/brand creative leadership with strong advisory orientation.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, content ops, production processes, and modular content governance.
- Ability to guide clients through operating-model change and AI transformation.
- Executive presence and ability to translate process gaps into business impact.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B Marketing and with technologies such as Adobe & Salesforce
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Digital Transformation Acumen: Deep expertise in driving change management and guiding clients through digital transformation processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Adobe's tools into their business operations.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing results to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.
• Adobe Suite Mastery: Deep expertise in leveraging Adobe's suite of tools to design and implement transformative solutions, with certification or extensive experience in their application.
