Your role and responsibilities
As a Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) Lead Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading end-to-end Q2C solutions. Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) will be a strong advantage in enabling subscription-based and complex billing scenarios.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Lead Q2C Solution Design and Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Q2C solutions in SAP S/4HANA, encompassing order management, pricing, fulfillment, and billing.
• Client Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to gather requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive Q2C Transformation Programs: Lead workshops, solution blueprinting, and deployment activities for Q2C transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices and standard SAP adoption.
• Integration with BRIM (Preferred): Support integration of Q2C processes with SAP BRIM components (CI, SOM, CC, FI-CA) for usage-based billing, subscription models, or complex pricing scenarios.
• Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions that meet or exceed expectations, ensuring measurable business value.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Q2C: Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end Q2C solutions, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Integration with Supply Chain.
• Strong aATP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP aATP functionalities including BOP, Product Allocation, Supply Protection, etc.
• Solution Design and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead solution design workshops, define architecture, and drive implementation across multiple project phases.
• Client-Facing Delivery Experience: Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in a consulting environment, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Q2C with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., SFDC, supply chain planning tools, finance).
• BRIM Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with SAP BRIM (especially SOM and Convergent Invoicing) for complex order orchestration and billing scenarios.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP standards.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Advanced SAP HANA Skills: Deep expertise in SAP HANA, including designing, implementing, and configuring SAP HANA-based solutions for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD), with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business outcomes.
- SCM and SD Solution Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SCM and SD solutions, including configuration and implementation to meet business requirements and drive business outcomes, with experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet clients' business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP HANA and SCM/SD tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective results.
