Description
As a Recreational Desk Attendant at the Country Club of Colorado, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing activities and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment across the fitness area and the pool area. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, adept at multitasking and enjoys working in a leisure-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Duties:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities.
- Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales.
- Pool Area Management:
- Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed.
- Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Proactively resolves issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
- Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed.
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
