Join our Autism Residential Team in Southborough, Massachusetts for a 12-month postgraduate internship where we provide you with the essential resources, research and education to start your career.
What You'll Learn:
- Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
- Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals
- Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
- Communication and social interaction
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene
- Vocational and pre-employment skills
- Adaptive physical education and self-preservation
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License with a personal vehicle
- American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us)
- CALM training (Physical and Verbal De-escalation training)
