Rizk Law, a Portland personal injury litigation firm located near Lewis & Clark Law School, seeks as Oregon lawyer with over three years’ experience and a passion for helping everyday people facing contested insurance claims including ski injury matters. There is a fire pit seating area with an outdoor refrigerator behind the office. Nearby street parking is free.

Requirements

        Oregon State Bar member without blemishes

Key Responsibilities:

        Efficiently review all evidence in assigned matters

        Promptly evaluate assigned matters 

        Regularly communicate with clients, promptly and empathically addressing client questions and concerns for maximum client appreciation   

        Promptly secure key evidence in assigned cases

        Develop case and trial strategies 

        Craft pleadings and discovery requests

        Prepare witnesses and experts for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial

        Conduct depositions, examinations under oath mediations and arbitrations.

        Craft and respond to civil motions
