Overview

Hallbrook Country Club is seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Player Services Manager to lead the daily execution of our Player Services operation. This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience by ensuring the highest standards of service, organization, and facility presentation are consistently achieved.

The Player Services Manager will supervise and develop the Player Services team, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and other departments to create a seamless, first-class golf experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-performance, hospitality-focused environment.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf operations required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Private club experience strongly preferred (golf or country club setting).
• Strong understanding of hospitality and service excellence standards.
• Familiarity with golf operation systems such as Clubessential, Golf Genius, or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the Player Services team to ensure consistent execution of Hallbrook's service standards.
• Deliver a welcoming, organized, and high-level experience for all members and guests from arrival to departure.
• Oversee daily operations including bag drop, cart staging, and practice facility setup and maintenance.
• Manage golf cart fleet operations, ensuring all carts are clean, charged, and properly stocked.
• Coordinate closely with Golf Professional Staff, Locker Room, and other departments to enhance the overall member experience, especially during events and tournaments.
• Support the execution of club tournaments and events, including setup, breakdown, and on-course assistance
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and uphold all club policies and standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of member and guest golf equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all Player Services areas, including cart staging and wash areas
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and timecard approvals to align with business levels and budget expectations.
• Communicate daily priorities, event details, and operational needs clearly with staff.
