Description
Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pizza cook, at a newly renovated clubhouse, brand new kitchen and dining facilities. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares menu in accordance with club recipes, standards and quality in a timely manner. Notifies Chef of any shortages.
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down pizza station. Practices cleanliness throughout shift & cleans workstation when finished
- Know and execute recipe standards and specifications. Must operate in a safe manner at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred. Obtain and maintain current food service certification.
- Basic knife skills to prep the station, basic pizza making skills
- Prior experience working in the kitchen of a fine dining facility at a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping
- Must be able to stand for extended periods. Will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
