Position Summary

We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and partner closely with chiropractors and support staff to deliver thoughtful, integrated care.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and billing
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
