Your role and responsibilities
Our Partner Product Marketing Manager defines our core solutions and services and leads the creation of the content and resources needed to market and sell our solutions globally. Additionally, this person will develop and lead development, execution, and measurement with the sales organization, alignment with Partner ecosystem.
Leads end-to-end Go to Market planning, execution and performance for a strategic ecosystem partner & product marketing
· Key member of the IBM partner product marketing owning the entire spectrum of GTM, alignment, relationship for a specific Strategic partner, and product marketing
· Works across IBM consulting, sales, all facets of marketing and communications leadership to execute the Go-to-Market plans for top revenue generating business priorities and offerings
· Drives integration of partnership offerings in brand messaging, content & demand engine
· Works closely with Partner GTM team to develop execution plan and alignment with Offering teams
· Manages market development funds & resources to support execution activities
· Drives the execution of the GTM plan to hit desired quarterly outcomes
· Manages content and messaging development for priority plays for strategic partner offerings
· Provides quarterly marketing outcomes updates to the business
· Aligns with events team to think outside-the-box and include Partner product offerings, messaging at priority events
Advocates for partnership across IBM Marketing and Sales
· Collaborates with GEO marketing leads to share the partnership messaging, product marketing, content and align on the local marketing strategy.
Advocates and Collaborates within IBM
· Engages Business Partners in launches, events, awards
· Identifies and assists in building client stories to promote externally
· Targets multiple audiences within the priority offerings internal and external
· Product launches and marketing
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
· 7+ years in marketing background, partner/product marketing, relationship management, or similar experience
· Apply effective process management and change management.
· Analytical competence and data driven decision making competence.
· Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies to drive influence.
· Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation applications.
· Writing and presentations skills.
· Apply innovative thinking and decision making.
· Organization skills and good attention to detail.
· Agile and Client centric attitude.
Preferred technical and professional experience
· Previous marketing and market specific background.
· Previous experience with RTM (Routes to Market), Strategic Partnership Marketing and Product Marketing.
· Previous experience in digital marketing and performance management.
· Ability to think logically, to analyze pipeline and performance information and suggest corrective actions.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
