• 100% outpatient practice-no OB, no ER, no weekends, no call
• Step into volume right away in a trusted, community-rooted clinic
• Optional leadership role: Chief of Staff with strong administrative support

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary starting at $300,000+, with wRVU bonuses offering additional earning potential
• $130,000 recruitment package to support your transition
