Description

Operations Technician:

You will start as a member of our Process Area Support (PAS) team. During this time, you will learn a basic overview of the plant as well as assist in ensuring the plant is clean and audit ready. You will be on this team for 2-4 months. Duties of the PAS team include hosing floors, shoveling, sweeping, washing screens, working on vessels, taking out process garbage and dumpsters, etc. During this time, we will be evaluating you on your performance which will include:

• Teamwork

• Safety
• Technical capability

If you are successful in PAS, you will the move to one of our three departments: Mill, Refinery, or Utilities and start training as an Operations Technician. As an Operations Technician, you will monitor equipment, do quality testing, unload raw materials, load finished product, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, do master sanitation to ensure plant is clean and audit ready, etc. To be successful in this role you need to be adaptable, have high curiosity to learn, good time management skills, accountable, adhere to safety and food safety guidelines, good communication skills, and be able to work on a team.

Salary/Compensation: $28.10 per hour
