Job Description
Twin Cities Academy (6-12) is seeking a full-time middle school math teacher for the 26-27 school year, and beyond. The classroom teacher is a part of the larger mathematics team which includes math interventionists and veteran math teacher leaders. Class sizes are intentionally smaller to provide more direct support to students.

Twin Cities Academy is an urban, college preparatory, public charter school located in East Saint Paul, and serving students in grades 6-12. The school’s mission emphasizes academic rigor, leadership development, character building, and community engagement. We believe that all students should have the opportunity to attend a post-secondary institution. We have a history of success including being designated consistently as a "Reward" school by the Minnesota Department of Education. TCA started in 1999, and is a well established charter school, with a history of providing a quality secondary school education.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree, MN license or the ability to obtain a waiver (school will support a waiver for the best qualified person, if necessary).
Preferred: Master's Degree, experience working in an urban educational environment.
Experience with culturally responsive teaching practices and dedication to educational equity and inclusion in a college-preparatory program.
