Derma Glow Spa is looking for a passionate and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
For over 16 years, Derma Glow has been a trusted destination in North Salem, NY for personalized beauty, wellness, and self-care. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience where clients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
We are looking for a therapist who shares our commitment to exceptional service, personalized treatments, and helping clients feel their absolute best.
This position is available during the week only. Saturdays are not available.

We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable and able to commit to 2–3 days per week to start
Is passionate about massage therapy and client care
Wants to grow with a long-term team and established wellness business
Creates a calming, professional, and personalized experience for every client
Responsibilities:
Perform customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs
Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate techniques and treatment plans
Provide therapeutic and relaxing massage services, including deep tissue, trigger point, and other modalities
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend continued care when appropriate
Provide outstanding customer service that aligns with the Derma Glow experience
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist in New York State
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and client-focused
Existing clientele who are willing to travel to our North Salem location is a plus, especially for candidates interested in the room rental opportunity.

Requirements
Active New York State Massage Therapy License & Liability Insurance (Required).
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sports, Swedish, Deep tissue
Strong foundation in deep tissue, myofascial release, and passive stretching techniques.
Reliable, punctual, and highly professional demeanor.
Positive attitude and someone who loves earning a living improving the mental and physical health of others.
