Massage Therapist (CAMTC Certified) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Weber Massage Therapy & Wellness is currently seeking a motivated and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness practice. Due to increased client demand and recent schedule availability, we are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping clients improve their overall wellness, enjoys therapeutic-focused work, and values building long-term client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, provide exceptional client care, and contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.

What You'll Do
Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs and treatment goals
Perform Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques
Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations when appropriate
Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation
Assist clients with scheduling future appointments and maintaining treatment plans
Welcome clients, perform check-in and checkout duties, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and common areas
Assist with laundry and daily clinic upkeep
Work independently and professionally during solo office shifts when needed

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Deep Tissue Massage
Prenatal Massage
Cupping Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage
Trigger Point Therapy
Assisted Stretching Techniques

Schedule & Availability
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Consistent weekly schedule preferred
Part-time applicants should be available a minimum of 3 days per week
Full-time applicants preferred for 4–5 days per week
At least one weekend day is required
Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
Compensation
Guaranteed hourly employee pay during non-booked time
Additional commission paid per massage service performed
Tips paid directly to therapist
Typical earnings range from approximately $22–$44+ per hour, plus tips, depending on booked services and schedule

Active CAMTC Certification
Current professional liability insurance
