Cozen O’Connor is looking for sophisticated litigation attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation Department in the Philadelphia office. The candidates will work on complex plaintiffs’ financial fraud cases in courts all across the country.  Ideal candidates will have an interest in or experience with complex financial schemes and issues.  Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analysis, and advocacy skills are required. A license in good standing in Pennsylvania required.  Candidates also licensed in Delaware preferred.
