Just Breathe Salt Spa is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being in a calm, therapeutic environment. The Licensed Massage Therapist provides high-quality, customized massage services that promote relaxation, healing, and client satisfaction. This position plays an important role in delivering a consistent, welcoming, and restorative experience aligned with the Just Breathe mission.

Requirements

The applicant must have a current Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License. One must also have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques, professional, reliable, and be client-focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to create a calm and welcoming experience for clients, and have a willingness to learn and grow within a wellness-based environment.

The Licensed Massage Therapist will be able to perform professional massage therapy services, including relaxation and therapeutic techniques,
customize each session based on client needs, preferences, and health considerations, maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment, communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction, educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and wellness services, support spa services by recommending enhancements or add-ons when appropriate, follow all state licensing regulations, and collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive work environment.
