Ruppert Landscape is a privately held commercial landscape maintenance and construction company based in Laytonsville, MD. With a multi-state presence and a small company feel, our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.

We are hiring for a Landscape Porter to join our Frederick Maintenance team.

Reporting Location: Westview Promenade, Frederick, MD

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Hours: PART TIME

Responsibilities:

• Empty trashcans on site
• Clean a single stall bathroom
• Walk the site to pick up miscellaneous trash/debris
• Dust for cobwebs under store awnings, lamp posts, and window sills
• Operate a backpack blower to blow leaves and debris
• Occasional pressure washing of concrete sidewalks
• Additional tasks per request of manager

Qualifications:

• English-speaking
• Authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and supervisors
• Provide references from past employment
