Position Summary:
The Summer Camp Counselor will work closely with the Director of Instruction and our Junior Golf Coordinator to coach, teach, junior students for the 2025 Summer Junior Camps. You will be responsible for a group of 8 students, taking them through various learning and activity stations including morning snack and lunch break monitoring, and on the golf course play for those working the afternoon shift. The goal of the Learning Center at Compass Pointe is to provide campers with a safe learning environment that fosters fun, exciting experiences and memories to share for a life.

Compensation: $15.50-16.00/ per hour

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill Requirement and Responsibilities:
• Golf experience preferred but not required
• Driver's license required to operate golf cart
• Background check required
• Must possess exceptional communication skills
• Highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly
• Must be extremely organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Must be highly motivated, goal driven and use own initiative.
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 3:45pm
