Thirteen Bar & Restaurant is on the property of and from the ownership team of Pioneer Pointe Golf ClubPosition Summary
Manages guest arrival, seating flow, and waitlist organization to ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and waitlists accurately.
- Coordinate table flow with FOH leadership.
- Quote accurate wait times.
- Maintain clean and organized host stand.
Standards & Accountability
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
