Belfair - Golf Guest Services Attendant

Belfair is a premier private community in Bluffton, South Carolina, offering convenient access to Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort. Featuring two championship 18-hole Fazio golf courses and a state-of-the-art Learning Center, Belfair provides a truly exceptional golf experience for its members. We are currently seeking part-time Golf Outside Services Attendants to join our team. This role is key to delivering an outstanding member experience while serving as a welcoming and professional ambassador for our golf operations. Responsibilities will include supporting both the driving range and cart barn/staging areas.

Key Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for service
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Golf knowledge preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities
• Deliver a high level of service to members and guests
• Anticipate and respond to member needs in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Stage and prepare golf carts for daily play
• Greet members and guests at bag drop; assist with loading/unloading golf bags
• Provide directions to the golf shop, first tee, driving range, and other facilities
• Transport and stock range balls; operate range picker to retrieve balls
• Clean and maintain golf carts, including washing and charging
• Support and uphold all course policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Working Conditions
• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands/arms
• Frequent interaction with members, guests, and team members
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Outdoor work environment with exposure to heat and varying weather conditions
• Exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment
