Job Title: Golf Attendant
Location: Lake Monticello Golf Course - Palmyra, VA
Position Type: Part-Time/Seasonal (with potential for year-round opportunities)

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Golf Attendants to join our team. The Golf Attendant plays a key role in ensuring members and guests enjoy their time at Lake Monticello Golf Course by providing friendly service, assisting with golf operations, and maintaining a professional appearance of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival.
• Manage golf cart fleet, including cleaning, staging, and returning carts.
• Assist with daily golf operations, practice range setup, and tournament support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, cart barn, and surrounding areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all golfers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by golf staff.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of golf is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license.
