Position Details

• TURN-KEY opportunity with a well-established, high-volume patient panel- offering immediate access to 1000+ cataract cases and strong surgical volume.
• Operate within the enterprise-owned, single-specialty ASCs, designed for efficiency and surgeon autonomy- supporting predictable block time, optimized case flow, and strong procedural economics.  
• Supported by a highly sophisticated marketing team dedicated to fueling patient demand, supporting surgical growth, and accelerates surgeon ramp-up from day one.
• Dedicated, in-market Physician Liaison support to cultivate optometric partnerships and sustaining high-quality referral networks.  
• Opportunity to perform a wide range of glaucoma procedures, including MIGS, Trabs, Tubes, Lasers, and more!
