The Financial Analyst- HR Controlling & Internal Controls provides expert financial controlling and analysis support for HR related cases and activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization aligned with corporate objectives.
What you can look forward to as the Financial Analyst for HR Controlling & Internal Controls:
- Own the monitoring and analysis of HR cost drivers-including payroll, benefits, training, and recruitment-to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Partner with HR leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping translate workforce strategies into financial plans
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment between financial data, workforce planning, and business objectives
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports that track HR cost trends, KPIs, and efficiency metricsIdentify and support cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities across HR operations
- Ensure full compliance with corporate controlling policies, internal controls, and financial standards within the HR domain
- Provide financial analysis and business case support for HR initiatives and transformation projectsContribute to month-end closing, cost allocation, and workforce planning activities, enabling data-driven talent and headcount decisions
Your profile as Financial Analyst- HR Controlling & Internal Controls:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR Management or related field
- 3-6 years experience in controlling or finance, ideally with HR focus
- Understanding of HR cost components and workforce planning
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach
- Ability to translate HR data into financial insights
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
