Prep. investment action plans using fin. analyses, incl. researching annuity int. rates (AIG), analyzing statistical data/IRR for fund cos., and developing investment and index life ins. strategies. 2. Make econ. and statistical recommendations based on output data; tailor investment, fin., and ins. plans to optimize client portfolios. 3. Analyze suitable projects for clients' inv. or primary residence needs; create custom portfolios for domestic and int'l clients and evaluate product advantages. 4. Compare ROI, holding costs, loan rates, and financial strategies among ins. cos. and fund cos.; provide fin. estimates and recommendations. 5. Monitor econ., industry, and corp. developments through fin. publications, inv. banking firms, govt. agencies, trade publications, and company sources; oversee transitions of existing life ins. clients. Client Counseling 1. Design life ins. and fin. plans for domestic, foreign, and int'l clients. 2. Interview clients regarding income, expenses, ins. coverage, tax status, fin. objectives, and risk tolerance. 3. Answer client questions regarding fin. plans and strategies. 4. Recommend strategies in cash mgmt., ins. coverage, and inv. planning to achieve fin. goals. 5. Consult potential clients, primarily Chinese ins. buyers, regarding benefits and risks of offered projects/plans. 6. Guide clients in gathering fin. records, tax returns, ins. records, pension plans, and wills. 7. Prep. and interpret inv. performance reports, fin. summaries, and income projections. 8. Present oral and written reports on econ. trends, corps., and industries to assist clients in ins. purchasing decisions. Other 1. Attend Fin.
