Description

Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons, a premier eye care provider with over 30 years of clinical excellence across Northeast Ohio, and Midwest Vision Partners, are looking for an exceptional Cornea Specialist to join our team.

• Physician relocating from Ohio to Florida due to family reasons...step into an already fully functioning practice on Day1.
• Clinic locations are Kent, Stow, and Fairlawn, OH
• Surgery is at St. Clare in Stow (named a US News Best ASC in 2025)Surgery: Every Monday and 3 Fridays/month (phacos only on Friday) 
  24-26 Sx cases per day
• Lasik 1-2 Fridays/month (optional)
• Patient volume is 30-35 patients per day; mix of cataract and cornea
• Team approach with a recent surgeon moving to a medical ophthalmologist role doing cataract evals to feed our surgeonsMed. ophthalmologist works 3 days/week
• Most cat evals were being fed to this new surgeon
• Call: MDs are backup; OD is primary. If the OD needs the MD, it is by phone only
• No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities
• Base Compensation: $425,000 (DOE)
  Signing Bonus: $50,000

Requirements

• Must have be board eligible and sitting for boards or board certified
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Medical License
