Description
Westmoreland Country Club is seeking a full-time Cook to join our professional culinary team! Cook with purpose. Serve with pride. Build something steady. This is a great opportunity for a dependable cook who values quality, consistency, and teamwork in a private club environment where your work is noticed and appreciated. Starting from $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred
- Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen
- Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time position with steady hours
- Schedule based on club operations including weekends and holidays
