Description
Club General Manager: Cipriani USA Inc. (worksite: 10 South St, NY, NY 10004). Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets, incl managing staff, supvg service, & ensuring qlty, sanitation, & member exp. Coord w/ ownership & culinary teams to implmt operational strategies & maintain service stds. Hire, train, schedule, & supv staff, monitor performance, resolve member concerns, & ensure compliance w/ health & safety regs. Manage budgets, control costs, oversee payroll, & coord cleaning & maintenance of dining areas & bar eqpmt. Contribute to brand dvlpmt, community engagement, & member prgmg in collaboration w/ ownership & events staff, while maintaining clear communication w/ mgmt & team members & supporting operational reporting & planning. Min reqmts are either a Bachelor's deg in Restaurant Mgmt, Hospitality Mgmt, or rltd field w/ an additional 4 yrs of mgmt exp in mgmt of high-end luxury restaurants, dining venues, or food-rltd services plus 12 mos training in high-end luxury hospitality, restaurant, or food service mgmt; OR 7 yrs of mgmt exp in high-end restaurants, dining venues, or food-rltd services. Must have exp managing luxury or upscale restaurants & hospitality services. Salary: $115,000 to $140,000, commensurate w/ exp.
