Entrada at Snow Canyon is seeking a Bartender/Server! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
• 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other supplies
• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of bar area(s), glassware, and equipment
• Assure that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed
• Provide food and beverage service to guests
• Prepare and serve food as needed
• Collect payment for food and drinks served
• Greet and provide immediate attention to guests
• Learn the names of regular guests and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service
• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
