Full-Time Bartender - Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch

About the Role
Esplanade Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic, service-minded Full-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is based at our Bahama Bar, a vibrant outdoor bar and grill open seven days a week, serving members and guests in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages consistently according to club standards

Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup/breakdown

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods

Accurately process member charges and maintain compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Open availability - weekends, evenings, and holidays are required

Current alcohol service certification preferred
