Overview

The Bag Drop team serves as the first greeting and impression of our facility to guests. It is imperative that we establish an immediate and impeccable interaction with our guests, by greeting them and taking their bag to the rack from their car.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously or in rapid succession.
• Provides golf course information to customers
• Safely operates a golf cart in the performance of duties.
• Assists Head Golf Professional and GM with tasks and assignments as directed.
• Work is performed typically standing with some sitting; however, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting and moving objects weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds is required on an intermittent basis.
