Description
We're seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of family law experience preferred to join our team. You'll manage your own caseload of divorce, custody, and support matters from intake through resolution, with the autonomy to run your files and the backing of experienced colleagues when you need it. Will also consider applicants who have litigation experience outside of direct family law experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of substantive family law experience (divorce, custody, and support) preferred but not required
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
- Demonstrated courtroom experience and confidence handling hearings independently (familiarity with Bucks County Family Court a plus)
- Strong written advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling skills
- Genuine empathy paired with practical judgment — family law clients are going through difficult moments and deserve both
- Excellent organization and the discipline to manage a steady caseload
