ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR – FULL TIME
Lifestyle Healthcare | Richland, WA (Tri-Cities Area)
Base Salary: $70,000/year
Bonus Potential: Additional $2,000–$5,000+ per month
Total Compensation Potential: $100,000–$130,000+ annually

Lifestyle Healthcare is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary clinic focused on providing high-quality musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care in the Tri-Cities area. Our team includes chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, occupational medicine, and rehabilitation services in a collaborative environment.
We emphasize active rehabilitation, movement-based treatment, strength training, and patient-centered care rather than passive therapy approaches.
We are expanding and opening additional clinic locations, creating leadership and long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to grow professionally, work alongside rehab and medical providers, and potentially develop into a future leadership or partnership role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform chiropractic evaluations and treatment
Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physical therapists, massage therapists, and medical providers
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
Build strong patient relationships and retention
Contribute to clinic growth and culture

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
Washington State chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Interest in rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care
