Description
We are a well-established, privately owned small animal hospital serving the Milpitas and greater Bay Area community since 1968. Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while fostering a supportive and positive workplace for our team. We have recently renovated and expanded our hospital and are looking for a new member to add to our team!
We are a full-service practice offering preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care services. Our hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory, pharmacy, digital x-rays, dental x-rays, robust anesthetic monitoring, point of care ultrasound, and access to specialists (including traveling radiologists, surgeons and cardiologists). Our goal is to allow our doctors to practice thorough, high-quality medicine while managing a wide variety of cases.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary, starting at 140-160K Base (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
Job Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited veterinary school (DVM / VMD or equivalent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California
- Compassionate, communicative, and enjoys working closely with clients
- A collaborative team player who values a positive workplace culture
- Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
- Comfortable with routine wellness, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Experience in surgery, dentistry, and urgent care is a plus, but not required.
