| Job Summary | The Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) is seeking a highly motivated, professional Administrative Support Associate I to contribute to the variety of perspectives and excellence of our department and to assist the faculty and staff of our fast-paced research center. The CCTS supports campus research professionals meet their goals and improve health outcomes across Kentucky communities. Our vision is to foster collaboration and innovation in healthcare, education, research, and community partnerships. We are committed to advancing translational research that improves public health, particularly in regions with limited access to care. Since its inception in 2006, the CCTS has invested millions of dollars into research funding and trainee support at the University of Kentucky through its commitment to funding innovative, early-stage translational research. In support of that vision, the Administrative Support Associate I will serve as a member of the Participant Recruitment Services (PRS) team. The PRS team supports campus research professionals by developing recruitment plans, materials, and metrics to promote their research studies. This role will support research engagement activities in collaboration with UK Healthcare, across the UK campus, and within the local community. Responsibilities for this position include supporting the PRS Team by providing administrative support and setup for PRS Meetings with investigators and study team personnel. The role will also provide maintenance of PRS Platforms; (i.e., wall-mount locations in UK HealthCare and UK campus spaces). Additional duties include the preparation and breakdown of PRS items at campus and community outreach events where information is shared about opportunities to participate in clinical research at UK. The position will provide customer service support for PRS services: including contact line and email inbox. The position is hybrid-eligible (remote and in-person).
