Company History
The firm was founded by Robert Bibb in 1954. Richard Bailey joined the firm in 1967 and David Duskin in 1974. Robert Bibb was elevated to the Superior Court bench in 1974. Steve Peiffle joined the firm in 1984, and Breanne Martin in 2012. Brad Neunzig joined the firm in 2015, shortly before Richard Bailey and Dave Duskin retired in 2015 and 2016.
The firm members have served as arbitrators, judges pro tem, and have practiced in state and federal courts. The firm has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell; lawyers in the firm have AV and BV ratings from Martindale-Hubbell; and Steve Peiffle has been designated as a "SuperLawyer".
We pride ourselves on a rich tradition of service to the community of Arlington as well.
