Description

Responsibilities: Provide global indirect tax advisory services to multinational companies, including conducting VAT transactional data analyses, assisting with business expansions, and advising global indirect tax implications to mergers and acquisitions. Identify business requirements for implementing VAT/sales and use tax compliance processes. Review historical balances to identify possible input VAT claims. Prepare VAT and other non-U.S. indirect taxes training presentations to internal and external audiences.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept a three-year degree to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) years of experience must include: Reviewing Value Added Tax (VAT) returns for EMEA and APAC regions; Intrastat reports; European Sales/Purchase Lists; Microsoft Power BI; Vertex; Thomson Reuters; and Global E-invoicing compliance.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

Up to 25% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

SALARY RANGE : $137,500 - $267,000 per year
