We deliver fast and easy access to highly qualified and experienced therapists across the country for our clients. We match our therapists to the individual needs and goals of clients, to ensure the best outcomes for you and for our clients.

As a contractor you choose your  hours and days to suit your lifestyle and other commitments. We manage the business and NDIS requirements while you focus on doing your best work directly with our clients.

It's an exciting time as we grow and are able to support more people all across Australia.

The Role

We are seeking experienced (4+) years Speech Pathologists with exceptional clinical skills to join our team.

The Speech Pathology caseload is varied and includes clients who live with neurodiverse conditions (autism spectrum, ADHD) and/or developmental delay, intellectual disability, neurological and motor disabilities. Our clients are of all ages, but we’re open to you choosing your preferred demographic - you might want to focus for instance on our  paediatric (0-18 years) clients.

If you have an AAC skillset, we’d love to hear from you!

What Contracting to Therapy Connect Offers You

Work from home anywhere in Australia - truly integrate the different things that are important to you, with no commuting!

Flexibility - work agreed times and hours that suit your needs

Highly skilled peers who are passionate professionals

There’s nothing like making a difference and we have that opportunity every day bringing healthcare to our clients

Therapy Connect Values

Our values are below - we’re guessing as an allied health professional yours will likely be similar. We also value the fact that we each have lives outside of our work and both are important.

Champion equity: Access to healthcare is a human right. So, we lead by example to ensure people with disabilities receive exceptional care. Striving for clinical excellence, changing the game, educating...and never giving up.

Develop connection: Connection doesn’t just happen. We must always be planting the seeds for vibrant relationships with our teammates and clients. We do that by looking for opportunities to share and by giving the best of ourselves.

Make an impact: We’re here to make an impact for an underserved community. So, we put our expertise to use, deliver on our promises, and hold ourselves accountable—both for our performance and the progress our clients make along the way.

We value diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and believe that this is also important for our clients. We are actively seeking to increase diversity at Therapy Connect and encourage expressions of interest from people living with disability/ies; people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQI+ community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
