Description
The EAP Embeded Counselor will be the trusted face of crisis intervention, counseling consultation and team member support for the assigned Inova System locations. This position is responsible for assessing and providing ongoing EAP response tailored to the ever-changing needs while using a collaborative delivery of Inova resources. The Embedded Counselor works directly on-site at the selected Inova Hospital Campus and has responsibility over all Inova units on the campus.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- 5 years clinical or EAP experience preferred
- Clinical counseling with Adult population preferred
- Critical Incident response experience
- Licensure in the State of Virginia or currently working towards licensure preferred:
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
