Your role and responsibilities
The Junior OneStream Consultant plays a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform. This position assists in delivering planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions by working closely with senior consultants and solution architects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with OneStream application configuration, including metadata, hierarchies, workflows, and data integrations.
- Support financial data integration from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other financial platforms.
- Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and cube views.
- Contribute to planning models, budgeting structures, and forecast workflows.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Help document business requirements, functional specifications, and process designs.
- Support data validation and reconciliation between source systems and OneStream models.
- Assist in preparing user training materials, job aids, and system documentation.
- Provide postgo‑live support and HyperCare assistance during solution stabilization.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Foundational understanding of financial processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
- Exposure to the OneStream XF platform and/or other financial reporting tools.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and core financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience or exposure to OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Participation in finance transformation or EPM implementation projects.
- 03 years of consulting or relevant professional experience.
- Participation in 12 enterprise performance management (EPM) or financial systems implementations (academic, internship, or professional).

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
