Data Entry Specialist – Legal Support Systems

Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to support our Accounting and Legal Support Operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring data integrity across multiple accounting and reporting systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

 
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and verify financial and operational data into accounting systems and databases
Process incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards
Reconcile transaction records and identify discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with documentation, reporting, and administrative support for the accounting team
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and client information
Provide support for time-sensitive projects or weekend deadlines when required
 
Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
