Your role and responsibilities

Oversee all program technology delivery. The Director of Program Technology Platform and Implementation will lead the delivery and execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, with a strong focus on platform modernization, application transformation, and scalable solution implementation. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing the successful implementation of digital platforms and application modernization strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in delivery execution, legacy-to-modern application transformation, and large-scale technology rollouts. This leader will partner closely with architecture, product, and business stakeholders to ensure platforms are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• 16+ years of experience
• 10+ years of experience assessing and leveraging both mainstream and emerging technology advancements (especially AI, analytics and automation/robotics) with a strategic mindset to transform or optimize business designs
• Deep Program/Project General knowledge and experience.
• Experience with design and enhancement of process improvement
• Ability to design and communicate at all levels of organizational leadership
• Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
• Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience supporting Federal Clients
• Experience with leading PMO teams through complex deliveries
• Experience working in aviation/with the FAA a Plus
• Program/Project General knowledge & experience with leading software and technology transformations

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
