Make a splash this summer leading high-impact water programs for campers!
Girl Scouts San Diego is looking for a confident, safety-first leader to manage engaging waterfront programs and activities, oversee waterfront staff, and create unforgettable water adventures at our overnight summer camp in Julian, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the onsite pool and water programs and support canoeing excursions at our picturesque on-site lake.
- Lead the waterfront team in delivering fun water games, smooth swim tests, and new experiences at the water’s edge.
- Help shape the summer camp experience by assisting with camp-wide activities and general camp operations, contributing to many iconic summer camp moments.
What You’ll Gain

Employment Dates & Compensation
- Dates: June 1 - July 25, 2026
- Pay: $124 - $130 per day (includes meals and lodging)
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- At least 21 years old by June 1, 2026.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certifications.
- Passion for camper safety and fun.
- Able to live and work June 1 - July 25, 2026 on-site at our camp in Julian, CA.
- Team player with a willingness to support other aspects of camp activities and operations.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
