Camp Kimama Halfmoon in the Berkshires, USA (between Boston and New York) is looking for a Waterfront Director.
If you are a waterfront professional with experience in management, maintenance, and safety - come and spend the summer of a lifetime with us!
The role includes:
Ongoing management and maintenance of the water complex, including the lake and pool.
Full responsibility for safety and compliance with the strict regulations of the camp and health authorities.
Managing, training, and leading a team of approximately 8 lifeguards.
Ensuring and operating a variety of water activities for campers.
Job Requirements:
Age 25 and over.
Proven team management abilities.
Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of water facilities (pool/lake).
Extremely high safety awareness.
Prior experience working in summer camps – an advantage.
Work Dates:
Start date: June 8
End date: August 25
